How do I know what size to order?

Every product page includes a size chart with chest, shoulder, and sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes or ordering a custom fit, send us your measurements through the contact form and we'll confirm before your order goes into production.

Can I get a jacket made in a custom size?

Yes. Most of our styles can be made to your exact measurements for a small additional charge and a slightly longer turnaround. Select the "Custom Size" option on the product page or message us directly.

How long does an order take to arrive?

Ready-to-ship styles typically leave the workshop within 3–5 business days. Made-to-measure orders take longer, since each jacket is cut and stitched after you order we'll give you a specific estimate once your order is confirmed.

What's your return and exchange policy?

 Ready-made jackets can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Made-to-measure pieces are built to your specific size and are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

What kind of leather do you use?

 It depends on the style; most jackets are full-grain or top-grain cowhide, with some lambskin options for a softer, lighter feel. The leather type is listed on every product page, along with care instructions.
