Leather Outfit Store started with a simple complaint we kept hearing from friends and customers alike off-the-rack leather jackets never quite fit right. Shoulders too wide, sleeves too short, or a cut that looked nothing like the photo.

So we set out to build something different: a store where every jacket is made to the buyer's own measurements, using leather we choose ourselves and stitching we stand behind.

What began as a small workshop order list has grown into a full catalogue of styles, but the process hasn't changed. We still take your measurements seriously, we still hand-finish every seam, and we still believe a jacket worth owning should last well past its first winter.

We work with a small group of tanneries and pattern makers who share the same standard we do no shortcuts on the leather, no rushed stitching, no piece that leaves the workshop before it's ready. That's the only way we know how to do this.
